Get a EPN Approved website

Many people are looking to get an EPN (ebay partner network) affiliate account. It is one of the hardest affiliates to get into. Our sister site has started a new service of building sites just to get you an epn account. So if you are wanting to get accepted into epn Syndram Designs is for you.

Modify BANS to Include eBay Store Items

There has been a lot of discussion over at the BANS and ePN forums about modifying the BANS code to the new eBay RSS feeds that include store inventory. I thought I would give it a shot last night and this is what I came up with.

It’s still a work in progress but if you’re links aren’t cloaked then this is a good fix for ya. I will post updates when I get the cloaked links converted.

I know it looks like a jumbled mess (which it is) but this is after a long day of deciphering  ebay’s rss codes. I will go over all the options and what they mean in a future post just in case anyone cares.

Affiliate marketing Strategy the smart way

Most big time affiliates don’t rely on one product or service, one niche or even one method of affiliate marketing. They are behind the scenes and lurking in various niches and utilize various strategies.

The key is to get your hands into multiple niches and multiple strategies. I never like to put all of my eggs in one basket. It is just way too risky and if it dries up, you’re in real trouble.

When you get your hands into multiple niches and use multiple strategies, you are definitely not putting all of your eggs in one basket. Multiple streams of income, when combined can be a ranging river. I tell people this all of the time.

If an affiliate earns a little from this affiliate strategy and a little from another affiliate strategy and you combine that with some from this niche and some from that niche. At the end of the day, you’re going to be making a nice chunk of change.

There are plenty of people doing this and you just don’t hear about it. You don’t hear about it because these people don’t want their secret revealed. The reason that they are successful is simple.

They did two things. One was to invest a lot of time into research. They researched different niches, they researched different affiliate marketing strategies for different niches etc.

The second thing that they did was to test and experiment in different niches and with different affiliate strategies. They found out what worked out best and threw effort behind it.

They didn’t create this groundbreaking strategy or find this golden, untapped niche. They just put in the time and the effort necessary to be successful online. They might not be this guru that gets all this glory for being so brilliant and making all of this money, but it doesn’t matter to them.

All they care about is to continue making the money that they are making and focusing on making more, with less effort. The lesson is that you don’t have to have this elaborate strategy or secret niche, you just need to be willing to invest the time and effort and cut out all of the distractions.
